Söder Legend receive Club Order of Merit

When the Club blue ribbon committee, consisting of previously elected honourary members, presented to the AGM early January, the nomination of “Lethal” Lars Hagberg to join their numbers, the answer was yes in one voice.
Södermalm AFC would like to present some of Larry’s acheivements for the Club, which speak for themselves.

Here are the dates for next year from AFL Sweden.
Although Jönköping doesn’t have a team, both the indoor cup and Sweden Cup will be held there in order to facilitate travelling for all clubs. Of course Södermalm wants to represent at both events.

Wrap up of the SAFF league

When the whistle blew to mark the end of Solna Axemen vs. Bromma Vikings it was also time to recap the SAFF league 2012 and look forward to the play-off. And what a season! Norrtälje, newcomers in the league, finished off with a bang by claiming their first win against the Årsta Swans in the last round. Södermalm thought to go undefeated through the series but fell on the last hurdle against a pumped-up Bromma. Continue reading →

The SAFF AGM is taking place at 16.00 this Sunday at the residence of the SAFF President. Söder will have 2 board members as voting delegates. Anyone else interested in coming along contact David Carde not later than Thursday. So far there are no nominations for Football Operations so please submit one if you have.
